National Night Out – August 1, 2017 – 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm
You may ask, what is National Night Out? National Night Out is a program, which culminates on the first Tuesday each August, to promote involvement in local crime and drug prevention activities, strengthening police-community partnerships, and encouraging neighborhood camaraderie as part of our fight for a safer America. It also consists of a large town wide cookout with games, raffles, exhibits, youth events, safety demonstrations, and seminars. National Night Out is a nonprofit event, which is free to the public.
If you’re an organization of business that would like to participate in our event and provide a free service to the community, please contact the Lakehurst Police Department at (732) 657-7812. See attached flyer for vender registration guidelines.
