2018 National Night Out Against Crime – August 7, 2018 6pm to 9pm
You may ask, what is National Night Out? National Night Out is a program, which culminates on the first Tuesday each August, to promote involvement in local crime and drug prevention activities, strengthening police-community partnerships, and encouraging neighborhood camaraderie as part of our fight for a safer America. It also consists of a large town wide cookout with games, raffles, exhibits, youth events, safety demonstrations, live music and seminars. National Night Out is a nonprofit event, which is free to the public. This years live music will be presented by country band “Bullzeye”. Also, If you’re an organization of business that would like to participate in our event and provide a free service to the community, or if you would like to volunteer to help with the event, please contact the Lakehurst Police Department at (732) 657-7812.
